Return Policy

Because we are confident and believe in the quality of our products, we offer a guaranteed 30-day refund policy! If you feel you’re not satisfied with your purchase, just send it back to us and we’ll instantly refund your payment. 

Return of products is valid within 30 days after you have received your item. Our simple returns process will make you shop online with us confidently and worry-free! 

Please feel free to let us know if the product you received is defective or doesn't work properly and we’ll be sending you a replacement! We, however, do not allow returns for the following:
•    Items purchased through retailers
•    Products that were purchased incorrectly
•    Products that were damaged through customer mishandling
•    Items which are not broken
•    Items delivered incorrectly 

Furthermore, please be noted that returns should be at the exact same condition when received, with tags intact and the proof of purchase included. Otherwise, we reserve the right NOT to refund or replace the item. 

Please note also, that the merchandise is to be sent back to our merchants. All expenses incurred are at the buyer’s expense. We shall not be held liable for parcel lost or damaged in transit. 

To complete the process, please do send us also the tracking number of the parcel or the bill of lading. You will be notified upon through examination of the product and receipt of the necessary documentation.

Damaged Goods Policy
The item must be kept intact and without damage. Should it be damaged in transit, an email with a picture or video as proof should be attached and sent to us. We will assess accordingly and provide relevant options available to you. In most cases, a replacement for damaged goods will be provided.

Refund Policy
After your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund via email. Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment if a refund is approved. It should take a couple of days, but depending on your payment merchant, the process time may differ. 

Our 30 days No Questions Asked Refund Policy extends to cover the purchases done via this method. 

Late or Missing Refunds
If no refunds have been received after a duration of one week, please verify with your bank account as well as your credit card company. It will take a couple of days before your refund is fully processed.

If you cancel your purchase within 24 hours, we can give you a refund unconditionally. If not, you will have to wait for your item to arrive before you can return it to us.

Sale Items
Unfortunately, there are no refunds available for items on sale. Only regular priced items may be refunded
